Job Description
Responsible for progress of existing and dispatch of new advantages and benefits organization forms/programs across EMEA. Normalizing forms across EMEA dependent on nearby plans, guidelines and necessities; adjusting suggested forms with IT answers (for instance, Benefits instrument); and encouraging endorsement from partners. Answerable for supporting repetitive advantages and benefits occasions and exercises, for example, enrolments, restorations, detailing and compromise.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- knowledge of accounting principles and practices;
- knowledge of finance principles;
- knowledge of financial reporting;
- Knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation;
- technical accounting skills;
- previous experience of general accounting;
- proficiency in relevant accounting software.
Skills
- Accountant with a good experience in accounting and office admin works;
- Candidate should have experience in UAE for 1 year at least;
- Candidate should be a female and have a bachelor degree;
- Should be able to speak Arabic and English.
