Job Description
Electrical Engineer works as a member of a technical design team, directing project work with limited advice and supervision from a senior engineer. The role also includes responsibility for approvals from statutory authorities.
Education and Experience
- Completion of engineering degree program.
- B.Sc. in Engineering or Degree in related field
- Local Society of Engineers membership.
Skills
- Mastery of AutoCAD and REVIT, data processing and presentation programs.
- Detailed knowledge of international standards, policies, codes and procedures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of statutory authority requirements, knowledge of codes, regulations and submission requirements.
- Thorough knowledge of design health and safety
- Developed knowledge of the principles of sustainable design.
- Ability and ability to mentor and provide support to subordinate subordinates.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is another value.
